What areas do you service?

We currently roll up to Marion, Cedar Rapids, Mt. Vernon, Atkins, Hiawatha, and Fairfax.

What do I need to provide at my house?

We simply need a safe, legal, and flat parking space that is reasonably close to your house. Our van is fully self-contained, so we SHOULD not need to plug into your water or power.

Do I need to be home for the appointment?

Not necessarily! As long as we have a door code, hidden key, or someone to grant us access to your pup, we can take care of everything while you are out.

What kind of products do you use?

We use premium products designed for pet health. Most are biodegradable and formulated for sensitive skin to promote a healthy coat.

Do you take large or XL dogs?

As much as we love XL breeds, we are not taking XL breeds at this time.

What are your vaccination requirements?

For the safety of all pets and staff, current vaccination records must be uploaded into our system before your appointment.

Is there an extra charge for matting?

Yes. If your dog has significant matting, an extra fee will be applied due to the additional time and care required to safely groom them.

What is your policy on aggressive dogs?

Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment if a pet shows aggression that prevents us from safely retrieving or grooming them.

What are your hours of operation?

We are on the road pampering pups Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
